      Hi All,

we have Openfire server 4.1.5 installed on host in internal network which has also WAN address and can be accessed from Internet.

Server FQDN is jabber.mycompany.com (changed). We have also about 100 users, including Alice, Bob and Cooper (also changed), and about 50 active users in each time period. Server2Server functionality is enabled but not used. Almost all activity is occured in LAN.

Openfire admin console Log viewer show many entries in info.log section, i.e.

      info.log

2018.05.24 17:30:15 org.jivesoftware.openfire.session.LocalOutgoingServerSession[Create outgoing session for: jabber.mycompany.com to Bob] - Unable to create new session: Cannot create a plain socket connection with any applicable remote host.

We have hundreds of similar log lines for Alice, Bob, Cooper; for users.jabber.mycompany.com; for proxy.eu.jabber.org; for red5.jabber.mycompany.com; also for non-existent users Daniel.jabber.mycompany.com and Elisabeth.jabber.mycompany.com. We don't have these lines for other 90% of users.

How can we know where is the trouble or misconfiguration? What is generating these events and why?
