    openfire3.8.1 & haproxy clustering

I'm using Openfire 3.8.1(openfire_2013-04-06 nightly version), hazelcast & haproxy to implement and evaluate OF clustering. They work fine and i can see 2 nodes in OF. However, when serverA is down, serverB can't take over its job. I can see 2 users in different sessions, but when serverA is down, 2 users using strophe.js can't talk with each other. it seems haproxy can't use serverB as backup. What do i need to do to make it work?? thx in advance!

Invalid SID found in Chrome. Session couldn't be replicated?
