I have Spark 2.6.3 / redfire 0.0.9 and Openfire 3.7.0 / redfire 0.0.0.05. JRE 1.6.0 update 26, Windows XP Pro SP3.  Redfire page on the Openfire server works OK, I can do videoconferencing. But when I open video roster in Spark, I see empty window.  error.log: === org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log error SEVERE: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.jivesoftware.smackx.ServiceDiscoveryManager.(Lorg/jivesoftware/smack/XMPPCo nnection;)V         at org.jivesoftware.spark.plugin.red5.Red5Plugin.initialize(Red5Plugin.java:257)          at org.jivesoftware.spark.PluginManager$2.run(PluginManager.java:616)         at java.awt.event.InvocationEvent.dispatch(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventQueue.dispatchEventImpl(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventQueue.access$000(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventQueue$1.run(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventQueue$1.run(Unknown Source)         at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)         at java.security.AccessControlContext$1.doIntersectionPrivilege(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventQueue.dispatchEvent(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpOneEventForFilters(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEventsForFilter(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEventsForHierarchy(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEvents(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEvents(Unknown Source)         at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.run(Unknown Source) === warn.log: === 1 aug 2011 11:33:51 org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log warning WARNING: Plugin Redfire for Spark has no -Tag, consider getting a newer Version 1 aug 2011 11:33:51 org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log warning WARNING: Plugin Transfer Guard has no -Tag, consider getting a newer Version 1 aug 2011 11:34:10 org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log warning WARNING: Red5-Info: Properties-file does exist= C:\Documents and Settings\myuser\Spark\red5.properties 1 aug 2011 11:34:10 org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log warning WARNING: Red-Info: Red5-servername from properties-file is= 10.1.1.1 1 aug 2011 11:34:10 org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log warning WARNING: Red5-Info: Red5-port from properties-file is= 7070 === I've read that problem can be in old version of Smack, then I've updated Smack in Spark to version 3.2.1 manually.  How can I run video roster in Spark?
