as I can see the conversations that are stored in
Audit policy messages in Openfire version 3.7

Audit policy logs are only available for those, who has rights to access logs directory, and this is usually only an administrator of a server.

  yes, I am administrator but not as graphically see the reports of the conversations of customers.
