Red5 Upgrade didn't migrated Sparkweb to all clients

Just upgrade to the Red5 version 1.0.  Really like the newer feature 'web browser'.   The ungrade proceeded with exception, But,an unexpected condition exists with a client using Vista and IE7  The version of sparkweb remained un-upgrade.  We've attempt to upgrade it by clearing the cache cookie and temp files without success.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
