Unable to "Send Video Message" using Red5 Plugin on Spark

I finally got Red5 and Openfire working after serveral hours of trying. HTTP Binding was disabled thus I could never connect. Now on to the next issue. I am unable to "send video message" from Spark client. When I right click a contact I can select "send video message" and it bring up the red5 Message Record Admin window. It seems to allow me to record and stop a message, but the contact never recieve any indication that the message was sent. On the contact client if you select view video message the message playback window opens up but no video messages are available. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Could it be something in the server configuration that I have disabled or not configured properly.

My configuration:

windows 2003 server

openfire 3.4.5

red5 plugin 0.0.13

red5 server v0.7.0 final

Spark 2.5.8
