i have jive 3.1.1 free version server and pandion installed at client side, i want to monitor all the chat from wildfire server. can anyone help in telling me how is it possible in free version?
the web gui of Wildfire should offer you an "Audit" menu. Enabling the audit log will write all messages to the file system.
thanks, i can see logs in the program files "C:\Program Files\Jive Messenger2\logs"
but i cant find "audit menu" from my web gui
can you please guide me the way to the menue?
also the log files look very weired cant get anything except html.
http://server:9090/audit-policy.jsp should be the admin page you are looking for.
*thanks, i found that, but
when i go to logs to check the chat history some thing like below appears which looks funny*
Moreover is it possible to have voice messenger on this server?
ive xmlns="http://www.jivesoftware.org"><message xmlns="" type="chat" xml
you may want to render this XML file to display something like: "Jun 04, 2007 05:18:13:312 PM, ritz -> aishah: just a moment plz". Or you could try the Enterprise version. But as auditing is usually used to keep a history for whatever reasons and not to spy user conversations it''s afaik fine.

Voice issues are usually client issues, with Spark you can use Jingle for p2p voice communications.
Thanks for help.
