Asterisk problem with Wildfire

Hello all.

It looks like a lot of you are having similar problems.  Hopefully someone has solved this and can give me some advice.

I have set up Asterisk with two extensions, 1234 and 1235 - they both work, I have tested them with a softphone.

I have set to wildfire with a username and password, it connects to the Asterisk box ok - the log shows it.

I set the phone mappings as follows:

username: { my user name }

Device: SIP1234

Extension: 1234

Caller ID: 1234

Anyhow, when I try to dial, I get the following error message (from Java):

Nov 2, 2006 4:23:28 PM org.jivesoftware.spark.util.log.Log error

SEVERE:

undefined-condition(500) Unabled to dial extention 1235

        at org.jivesoftware.phone.client.PhoneClient.dialByJID(PhoneClient.java:

164)

        at org.jivesoftware.sparkimpl.plugin.phone.PhonePlugin$6.run(PhonePlugin

.java:280)

        at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

Anyone ever seen this before - and did you manage to solve it ??

Please let me know.

~ Matt
