can''t dial or find presence info

hi folks,

 

I''ve just got the phone mappings page to work in asterisk-im by using one I found in a recent post for Wildfire 3.1.0.

 

I''ve mapped a couple of phones but can''t seem to dial with Spark; nor do I get notification of on a call etc.

 

I turned on debug and found this:
