Unable to establish a connection to the manager server

Asterisk-IM 1.1[/b]

 

The Asterisk-IM plug-in doesn''t appear to be working.

In the Wildfire console we receive the following error:

Unable to establish a connection to the manager server,

please see error log.

Asterisk-IM was  configured by  the "Asterisk-IM" tab in the Wildfire

 

Enabled (x) no[/b]

Server 172.16.3.41[/b]

Port 5038[/b]

Username[b] root[/b]

Password[b] ******/b

 

I have searched through the forum, but I didn´t find the same error
